The most popular beer in Mazatlan is Pacifico, which is brewed in Mazatlan! A few years ago, they started brewing Pacifico Light also. So when you order, if you just say that you want a Pacifico (or Pacifico normal) you will get the non-light Pacifico. Obviously, if you say that you want a Pacifico Light, then you will get a Pacifico light!
Joe's Oyster Bar
Joe's Oyster Bar is a beach bar during the day and an open-air nightclub at night. They serve food during the day.

Jungle Juice (PERMANENTLY CLOSED)
Jungle Juice bar has been closed for a few years now. It was a popular bar for about about 20 years before closing. At times, it had a restaurant on the bottom floor. It was a cool bar because the bar was on the second floor and had a patio on two sides. It used to be famous for it's 2 for 1 Paralyzer drinks! In it's previous incarnation it had bands on the weekends.
Cheers Restobar
This is a fairly new bar that opened in the Golden Zone in 2016. It is located in the little strip mall where the Subway is across from the Angler's Inn. It is considered a sports bar, but also has live music. It serves 1 litre beers in large mugs! It also serves food. It is more popular with the Mexican tourists. This bar seems to get busy on the weekends along with all the other bars near Fiestaland.

Green Bar (permanently closed)
This is a new bar located right across the street from the cruise ship terminal at the Port of Mazatlán. You can stop in here for a drink and food when getting off and on your cruise ship.
