2025 Mazatlán Strip Clubs

There are a number of Strip Clubs in Mazatlán, Mexico.

There are a few new strip clubs in the tourist zone and others a little farther away.  Most are safe to go to, but there are some that we wouldn't recommend you going to.

We will tell you all that you need to know about the main strip clubs in Mazatlán so that you can have a safe and enjoyable visit to them!

There are 2 new strip clubs that just opened in the Golden Zone: LA 10 and La Botana (2nd location).

Any Eco taxi/Pulmonia Taxis driver will take you to one of the strip clubs.

The taxi driver may ask you if you want him to wait for you to take you home.  This isn't really necessary because there are always lots of taxis out front of the strip clubs.  However, if you want the taxi driver to stay with you at the club, be sure to agree on a price beforehand and maybe buy him a drink.

There are almost always taxis/pulmonias outside the clubs for you to get home.

There aren't any strip clubs open during the day that we are aware of.  Most of the strip clubs open late (except LA 10) and stay open late.

La Botana (Golden Zone Location) New

New in 2024, La Botana opened a 2nd location in the Golden Zone.

This location is located right on Avenida Camaron Sabalo across the street from the Panama restaurant on the 2nd floor.

LA 10 New

New in 2024, LA 10 opened in the heart of the Golden Zone.

This location is located right next to Legends BFD.

NOTE: This is the earliest opening of the strip clubs in Mazatlán.

La Botana (Malecon Location)

There is one strip club, La Botana, right on the Malecon(seawall).

This is the most expensive strip club in Mazatlán and is frequented by many tourists so it is safe.  The girls here are very beautiful though so it may be worth your money!

Tarrandas

Terrandas is arguably the best and the most popular strip club in Mazatlán.

Terrandas is the most reasonably priced strip club in Mazatlán.

It is frequented by locals and tourists.  Note that they only serve Tecate products(e.g. tecate, tecate light, dos equis) so you can't get a Pacifico beer here anymore!

Although it opens at 9pm, it isn't worth going there until after 11pm.  For the first hour or 2, it is individual women performing on stage.  After 11pm, the ladies all get up on stage waiting to be picked for lap dances or private dance.  There are about 15-20 women.

It is located on Calle Mexico, 2 blocks in from the Avenida del Mar at Playa Norte just 2 blocks off of the Malecon.  Most Pulmonia taxi drivers will take a route behind the basketball courts to take you to Terrandas because it is hard to turn left at Calle Mexico so don't worry if they turn off the Malecon and take some side streets.

Hippocampo Table Dance

Hippocampo Table Dance is a located about 4 or 5 blocks in from the Malecon (turn left at the Fisherman's monument) on Avenida Gutierrez Najera at the corner of Ramon Corona.

It is a large building with 2 stages.  However, they have recently put up a big curtain to cut the size in half and only have one stage.  This is much better than before!

It isn't as busy as Terrandas and only has about 10 women working.  However, since it isn't usually as busy you can more easily pick a lady for lap dance!

We would recommend Terrandas over Hippocampo, but if you are looking for something a little different, you might want to try this one out.

Pole Palace Night Club

Another strip club that is safe for tourists is called Pole Palace Night Club.

It is about a 10 minute drive from the Malecon.  It was formerly called the Hacienda Royale.

This club is a huge building.  It is very clean and very safe.  It is more upscale than either Terrandas or Hippocampos.

There are normally about 10-15 ladies on a given night.  The back rooms are located up a steep flight of stairs at the back of the room.

There is a cover charge to enter, but the beers are normal price.  It is well worth going to.

Note that you may want to arrange for a taxi to pick you up beforehand or have the telephone number of your taxi driver as not that many taxis sit out front.  Taxis do come there, but you may have to wait outside for a few minutes before one comes.

Red Dragon and Dos Gordos

There are a couple of other strip clubs that have been open for many years that we don't recommend going to.  These are the Red Dragon and Dos Gordos.

They are so rough that the taxi drivers won't even go there!  We just mention them because you may have heard of them.

Summary

It is not worth going to most of the strip clubs until after 11pm.  All nightlife in Mazatlán starts late so don't complain about it, take a nap in the afternoon or early evening then head out later!

There is no problem with tourists going to La Botana, LA 10, Terrandas, Hippocampos, or Pole.  Just be cool and you won't have any problems.
